Vintage "De Wintraak" Ceramic Wall Plaque

This is just a cute little thing I hauled out of a local thrift shop years ago. This is the only one like this I have ever seen in my 25+ years of living in the southern tip of the Netherlands. "De Wintraak" is a small village just a few kilometers from me, off a main road. The spelling was changed years before to "De Windraak". The wind always blows down onto the village and across the main road. "De" means "The", but "Wintraak" doesn't have any English word translation.

Hangs on the wall next to my side entry door. I think it's adorable.
