Oil Painting on Masonite Board "Germany landscape" 1964

Everyone.
Here is another Oil painting from my collections, i have this for quite a while, just love the scenery, by the label at the back i will think this depicted a germany landscape, lot of details on that one, the fact it was on board make it so bright, again almost like add a window on your wall.
The Artist name is hard to read, "Haufsman or Hausan...?" with a date '64
the back label say " Bilder-Rätzel,Giessen,Grünberger Str.10, telefon 2051"
, probably the Art-craft store label where this painting was framed.

The frame was 21.75 inch by 16.75 inch, and the board is 18.25 inch by 14 inch.
