EXCEPTIONAL FANCY ELGIN PW DIAL

I've collected PWS for many years and have seen many dials that came with or put on watches but this is the first I have seen with this dial.
From what I can see the dial is single sunk,fancy,multiple color and no inperfections.
It's a little dirty but will clean up well.
The movement is a 17j,nothing special but the dial is unusual and spectacular. Size 16 sz,pendent wind.
Enjoy the dial it a keeper.
