    I have seen this ascribed variously to Heckert, Loetz and Kralik.
    I favour the latter, but am uncertain.
    Can anyone please give me the definitive..... Maker, pattern, decoration etc...
    Also, it looks to me like it could have once had a metal collar, but again I am uncertain.

      yes it is kralik it has the cobwebbed bottom!!

      sorry not cobwebbed bottom , it look like it from the angle of your photo!! but it is kralik!!

      Yes, it has, what appears to my uneducated eyes, a cobweb type bottom.
