your lamp is made by pittsburgh lamp brass and glass co. and is highly collectable. the book "better lamps and electric of the 20s and 30s" listed the price in 2003 at 3000.00+
WWOOWW!!!! I love your lamp.....makes me want to go camping!
VEVASS....Ross cecil here....the lamp in question is called " call of the wild " if memory recalls it is a Pittsburg lamp. 1915 1925 . Right now 5-16 -2014 reverse painted lamp market is soft and this would sell for 1300 to 2300 dollars average. My advice is to keep it and watch it appreciate in the coming years. By the looks of it the base is original to the shade. See ya.......
