Hello...
the bracelet is 7.25" long by 1.75"...
the earrings are 1.1" by 1.1"....
they are unmarked.
they have plastic beads and rhinestones.
would anyone know about the maker?

Wow, what a nice set of jewels!
My first thought was Selro (especially when I looked at the connectors), most of their bracelets had heavier cast metal links but they also made some lightweight jewelry with filigree backs. Several companies made jewelry in a similar style, so you may want to do more research. Look into Florenza, too.
