      Beautiful pendant!
      Art deco, around 1920, frosted crystal, onyx cab, marcasites set (not glued!) in silver.
      Any markings?

      No... No markings at all.

      Do you think I should try to put missing stone in or just keep it the way it is?

      Thanks for the thanks :-)
      If you find a marcasite of appropriate size and color, you may replace the lacking one;
      my hint is to put a microscopic drop of superglue with a toothpick before putting the stone with a tweezer!
