ONE HALF OF A PATENT MODEL GATE

Newest addition to my Patent Model Gate collection.from a recent auction. It is 1/2 of a model that survived with the patent tags still attached using "red tape." The tags are very brittle, but I suppose I would be as well if I were 138 years old. The model is 6" x 9". Stay tuned as I plan to reconstruct the model to include the missing parts shown on the patent drawing. Like many men I have a thing about fixing things. Finding the missing parts will be a challenge. May have to fabricate them. I love a challenge. As you can see, some of the missing parts are portrayed below ground level. Plan to display the model with that in mind.
