Hello,
This spoke-shave was my dad's. It is still in good working order, I used it myself around 25 years ago for a woodworking project in high-school. It appears to be a Stanley, but I'm not sure. It has four notches on the top-right front, and on the left handle underneath. No brand-name, just the notches and the No.51
