Unusual ClayPurple Glaze design pattern Tree Signed PP Red Clay Art Pottery Vase

Would love some help on the style of this pottery where much of it is left raw with no glaze to form a picture. The purple shade of glaze color is very unusual, it is almost fluorescent purple. Would also love to find out the maker of the pottery as well, but assume it is probably never going to happen. THANKS!
