White jade? Carved pendant. What does it say?

I found this at a thrift store today. I believe it's genuine white jade. Expecting the piece I know it's hand carved. Featuring a dragon in the upper right hand side. In the bottom Left corner you see a mouse or rat standing on its hind legs. On the back is some sort of script. Whether it's a maker mark, story, or something. Hopefully you guys can help me translate the words. Measures over 2". Has a hole for stringing it into a necklace pendant.
