This censer was brought back by a friend's father, who worked in China in late 19th - early 20th century. Make of case bronze. Very heavy. How can I find out what the characters on the bottom mean? Any info or direction would be appreciated.
Photo 1 should be turned 90 degrees to the right to be read correctly.
Clean nothing at this stage.
