josef hoffman/ wiener werkstatte/ Michael Powolny Made in Austria? VASE

I'm throwing everything at it in my heading because I really don't know who I should attribute this beautiful vase to. It is very Bohemian/Austrian in form with very detailed Silver overlay decoration of leaves allover and has a rich Royal Blue color. It has a lot of wear underbase, no markings, measures almost 10" tall and the vase extends down into the conical base. Any ideas anyone? Thanks, BOB
