Antique oriental freestanding humidor

Recent find. Antique freestanding, wooden, oriental, handpainted, copper lined humidor. Has lock on door (no key). Twisted wrought iron supports between legs. Hand painted scene, which is raised. Process to do this unknown to me. Last pic shows some letters, interpretation? Any info or help on this piece appreciated. Thanks, Pop
