I am trying to determine the artist of this work from the early 1940s. It is a lithograph on heavy paper, and measures approx 11x14 on a paper slightly larger. There is note that it was "Rejected" by either "S&A" or "STA" on 7/2/41. Not sure what it was rejected from. Any thoughts will be appreciated.
