I bought this today. It is very cute but I can't make out the mark incised on the bottom of it. It says France and has the number 2 and what looks like a C and an S intertwined. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home with it that I noticed the the nob on top had been glued back on.
It definitely looks quite old. I'd love some information on it if anyone recognizes it. Thanks!
