Beautiful purple candlestick holder design by Ronald Sennet Wilson, made in England. Circa 1969 or thereabouts. These candlestick holders were made with 1 to 3 discs. I don't believe there were more than 3 discs, but, I may be wrong. My 1 disc candlestick holder is 4 inches high.

Such a great design. I think 3 was the tallest. Apparently the glass makers had to be extremely skilled to make these and match the disc sizes, so the more discs the more room for error. Triples are hard to find, probably because fewer were made.
