I am not sure about anything regards this vase.
    2. Painted on underside of base
It is approx 200mm high, 120mm across widest part of top, and 70mm accrris narrowest part.
I would love know more, age, material (porcelain?), who made it, etc if anyone knows,

I bet it is 19th century Bohemian glass.

      Check out Opaline glass.

Harrach is a possible maker, Mühlhaus another.

To help I hope. As someone mentioned glass, I shone a touch into vase and it is quite translucent. As opposed to a dense product. Actually the bird stands out beautifully when light is shone into vase. Not sure if this is any further help.
I wanted to get an idea of what it may be worth, if I should have it specified on my insurance policy.

Had a look on pinrest, appears one the same was in eBay a while ago shown as BOHEMIAN MOSER GLASS VASE "BIRDS".
      Yeah, getting no closer.
Looked at internet under 'Moser' could not find anything. Shame it is not signed, just the number only.
