This plate is hand-painted in a wedding motif but is not dated or designated to any specific wedding event.
Does anyone know anything about this design?

Is there a tiny bee inside of that V?
    2. Efesgirl Efesgirl, 4 years ago
The mark is hard to read because of the glare. I see Made In Germany and a V.

That is all that is there. The makers mark has been blacked out. I have a partial floral plate and three plain white plates with the same makers mark...

      Can you remove the black?
    5. StacyEW StacyEW, 4 years ago
Nope, I washed them & the black stayed. It seems like they were made that way.

I have had several - and still do, somewhere. You put the name & date of the married couple in the banner. They were given as wedding gifts.

      Thanks Celiene!
