17" long by 8" wide by 5.5" tall. Weighs 70lbs. plus a 2lb. handle. Was owned by my dad and I got it when he moved to Florida. Appears to be in excellent working condition. Only marks are on locking(?) levers. Embossed RB in side circle. About 1.4" in diameter. Don't know manufacturer or date.
I think the movable jaws held a workpiece of irregular shape.
