Skelly 5 gallon can

Skelly Oil Co. was founded in 1919. J. Paul Getty (Getty Oil) gained control during the 30's (depression) by loaning Skelly money and when they couldn't repay they were given stock. Eventually Skelly was absorbed by Getty Oil in 1974.

This can isn't in perfect shape but it's pretty good. The date on the bottom is 1967.

I can remember one Skelly station when I was a kid but I can't remember where it even was.
