    Hi

    I just purchased this object. I was told it was a cover plate from antique stove. However I do not see any holes to pick it up with. It is approx. 9 inches square. Does anybody know what this is. Thank You

      it is made of cast iron.

      It's for decoration to cover the burner when not in use.
