    Please help with identifying these binoculars. I acquired them from my ex...She told me that they were her grandfather's who brought them over from Ireland in the late 1800's....If you look at the pic of of the lens you can see something imprinted in the lens...It is repeated on the other lens, but in a different pattern..This pattern is hard to see unless tilted at the right angle when you can see quite a few of these imprints...What's this about...On the eye piece is printed The Fishermans Glass...Only one lens has a sliding hood...
