Interesting Piece of Mexican Pottery

I picked this interesting little piece up the other day. i think that it's a native american incensario - or object to burn incense in. at least that's what it's been used as. i've seen pieces before which have that 3-pronged design that were said to represent deer, but i'm not sure. the polka-dot design and tree-pattern is also interesting. slip-decorated.
