Rocking chair from late 1800's or early 1900's.

Can anyone give me information on this rocker or tell me if it is a shellac finish or the wood type? If anyone has seen or knows any resources to pursue it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I have wondered if it might be from the Cochran chair company of Cochran, IN but that is only because I saw one rocker with some of the same markings.
