    Hello, The piece is approx. 13" long, and the part that I am going to call the handle appears to be cast aluminum, or a pot metal. The blades? are steel, good cutting edges, one rounded, the other at a 90 degree angle. No markings, well made, blade assembly look to be replaceable. Regards, Lou
