I just can't recall what we called these type of games, please help me out. It has BBs inside and the object of the game is to balance all the BBs in the holes on the card. the subject matter on this one is to Blackout the city because Bombers on over heard. With is it has to be WWII time frame.

Yep it is WW2 era-- nice item to get children to understand the war effort.
