Looks like an Ericsson of 1960svintage.

The base is made of onyx, just so beautiful, may be european but I just buy some but never studied them, best to hear from a knowledgeable collector and not the internet. !
ttomtucker didn't correct me so it is highly likely I am correct. He is our telephone expert.
