Victorian rainbow spatter glass vase with applied rigaree & feet

This Victorian vase is made from three layers of cased glass, clear over rainbow spatter, with a white interior. It measures 20.5 cm tall, 4.5 cm across the cut top rim, & 9 cm across the footed base. The vase features an applied rigaree in clear glass, as well as clear leaf shaped feet.
