Very interesting piece of art found on a storage I bought; pretty heavy, maybe copper, brass? It is dragon with qyite weird designs. I believe it had wings at one point. Mystery item; looking for the artist maker.

Just wondering if the hole in its mouth goes to the opening bit on the base?? Could be an oil burner cigarette lighter
