A set of eleven bone dishes I found at the thrift the other day. They were all taped together in a stack, so I was delighted when I got home and saw there were numerous pretty patterns. There is no mark on them. Just a tree ring pattern...Don't know if that helps date them. From some of the floral prints, I'm guessing 50s?

I think probably Japanese made, just based on the style and foot.

Racer4four, you think they are 50's or 60's?

Inky, ive been trying to think of a way to re-purpose them. I know i can use at least one on my night stand for my eyeglasses. And maybe one by the sink for jewelry.

      I'd put these at 40s - 50s. Handsome plates. :)

CMI inc Japan, I have one like that with the sticker still on the back. The one with the pink flowers and the wheat. It’s years after but I just had to comment.
