      Nice to see you took such good care of your toys, I bet your gald you did now & it will surely payoff later.
      Had a Nova custom that color, loved my VWs and I'm a Uncle 22 times over so I gotta love this one a bit more.

      Hi PoliticalPinbacks , Thanks again :) Yes I am very grateful actually :) I have had a display cabinet in my room in one form or another since I was about 4 and was always taught to put them back when I was done playing with them . Naturally I lost some really good ones along the way early because of kid adventures and mishaps. It was a definatley a learning curve . But by the late 80's I was retaining every box for future preservation . And I have mangaged to acquire reproduction boxes for the ones that lost theirs over the early years. All amounting to a pretty quirky but awesome collection .

      I think this one was also a bit special because my uncle had owned it before me for about 20years before I got it . So I always took good very good care of it
