These tools were found in our local historical museum collection on Cape Cod. We'd like help in identifying. One appears to be a cabinet scraper, but we're at a loss for the others. Any thoughts?

The first one is a spoke shaver. Second one maybe a wire strecher. The other two are beyond me.
Photo 1. Looks like (as phonoboy stated) a spokeshave.
Photo 2. Cannot say. More photos from different angles would help.
Photo 3. Looks like a carpenters bevel gauge. Again, more photos would help.
Photo 4. I'm surmising these are barrel hooks for hoisting barrels with block and tackle.
Look at the blade in pic 1 if it is like the one on the link I post, then it is a spoke shave. If the blade is flat then it is a pull plane.

I agree with #2 being a fence wire tensioner
#3 I would say is a sliding T bevel square. Used to duplicate or bisect an angle.
I so appreciate everyone's help identifying these tools. As curator of the historical museum these tools belong to, I can now display and label them with a sense of certainty. Learning about them has been great fun for me too, much to my husband's amazement. Thank you.
