This is 18 inches long, 8 inches in height. The bell functions when this moves.I thought it was a Christmas toy? Then because at the bottom of the belly of the reindeer there is a piece which looks like it attached to something else? Its made of tin , brass, and steel for the bell.Pressed together with the folded tin for older toys.
