Does anyone know how much the base and sign holder is worth? Someone has it posted locally and thinking about getting it. He said the base was repainted and the holder part was sand blasted.

If it is vintage and was painted and sandblasted, they may have taken away some of the value.
I think Petretti states in his 12th edition that he considers restoring these sign stands as acceptable (but not the signs). The bases go for around $225 on eBay. I've not seen one with the post up for sale. Pemberton, do you have a sign for it, one of those lollipops?
Ok thank you Daddy_Nobucks. Unfortunately I don't have a sign for it but I might buy it and try to find one at a decent price.
