    A scuba hero with a big Spanner? Found this along with a few 90s action men figure but hes short and slimmer. Normally you'd strip him off and check the details on his bum but I cant see how you take off his diving rig, which is a bummer!

      Wow - like his wrench is right there. Cool scuba man.

      Don't think I ever looked like that when diving ! Maybe he lost his weight belt, so they gave him that wrench as a substitute.
