I purchased these lamps for my bedroom but once I set them up on night stands I realized they were swallowed away by the size of my bedside night stands...just looked too small. So I purchased the lamps in my previous post for the bedroom.
I really love this pair looks space age/atomic to me.
Shades are metal and makes me think of the shape and sound of drum symbols. Yes I had to tap them..

They are made of stone and are very heavy. I will find a spot for them somewhere eventually or I will hand them off to a family member.
