I wish the picture did better justice to this piece. It's a very nice white milk glass pinwheel floral brooch/pin.
The brooch is roughly 2" and as you can see it is set in Gold tone.

Since Pell started in 1941 and was manufacturing as of 2006, I think MAYBE the use of white milk glass may help date it unless milk glass was still used in the 80's/90's/2000's+...lol...
