My grandmother gave these to me and said they have been in our family since the Civil War. I have a hard time believing they are that old. Maybe someone here can help identify these and their true age. An interesting little side note, the salt and pepper shakers are weighted at the bottom so they will not stay laid down. I don't know if that helps at all.
