Unfinished Badges

Here we have three rare Milwaukee Area unfinished Schwaab made Badges. I am assuming these unfinished badges were made by Schwaab Stamp and Seal company since the finished versions of these badge types that I have seen are signed by Schwaab. These badges are of pre-WWII manufacture and not like the modern junk currently flooding the market.
1) Milwaukee Auxiliary Police, brass die stamped shell, 3 2/8 inches tall by 2 3/8 inches wide. Not numbered or plated and without pin assembly.
2) Milwaukee Public Schools Recreation Department Custodian, silver finished stamped shell without center emblem, number or pin assembly on back. 2/12 inches tall.
3) City of St. Francis Advisor To The Mayor, silver finished stamped shell without pin assembly about 1 5/8 inches tall.
