They are standing in a room in front of some sort of declaration, above which is a profile bust of a fellow who is respected. and his name on the lower round on the plaque. . anyone know who it is?, If father and son, the oldest seems blind,perhaps,both dressed formal suits. The older is quite dependent of the younger of the two. photo is back signed Hindhorst and Moegnust?
