Opalescent Goofus Glass Bowl

This bowl is most likely pretty old. I think it dates back to the early 1900's. I might be either by Dugan or Northwood. I am not too sure about the pattern because I have not found yet the same bowl to compare mine with.

I was thinking of getting rid of the decoration. It shouldn't be hard to do on a Goofus piece. Any ideas?
