Hi wanted to ask the expert's about this original watercolor it measures 16" W x 20" H there's only the mark of V which is a symbol of a bird and a S which has a thread connecting a feather on the end. I wanted to know this artists name and to find other art done by him. Hoping you may be able to solve this mystery. Thank you for any help you can give me.
