Cup with Gold Vine leaves?

I wondered if anyone has any ideas who might have made this cup and when. I don't have the saucer. The only mark is a gilded 5 on the base. It's very nicely made and covered in gold vine leaves (I think they are some sort of vine anyway!). It is a wide shallow cup, with a narrow gilded handle. The china it is made from is very translucent, and feels warm to the touch.
