This is a Keyless brand, circa 1915, Rim-Wind & Rim-Set automobile clock.
The clock is fitted / fixed into the dash.
The bezel, glass & rim, is threaded onto the case.
When threaded on, you turn the rim clockwise to wind the clock.
To set the time, you pull out on the rim, about 1/8", and turn it clockwise until you reach the correct time.
It is an 8-Day clock, needing to be wound only once a week.
The back of the clock is marked with the patent dates.
MADE IN U.S.A.
Thanks for taking the "time" to stop by,
