I am trying to identify this Ansonia Clock, it looks to have a marking of 072 inside of the working, if you open back- as depectied in the picture. Any assistance would be much appreciated thanks in advance.

You have an Ansonia "St. Cloud" Enameled Iron Mantel Clock. From circa 1901 (approximately) Your clock could have been manufactured a few years before or after that date. If that answers your questions, please indicate "Mystery Solved" in your write up. Thanks for sharing your Ansonia with Collectors Weekly.
