The country where it comes from is Germany and I have been looking for that but that research has not produced anything. Hence my question here on the site. Thank you for your suggestion and interest.
Hi there, these are official UK assay office marks as follows:
The omega symbol represents the Sheffield Assay Office imported gold mark, 585 for 14k imported gold and letter V is, I believe, for 1995.
