Big Hand Tooled Leather Belt, Thrift Shop Find 2,00 Euro

I remember the shoulder bags from the 1970s with all the hand tooling - used to have a couple of them. The other day, I came across this great belt. Snap closure and rivets holding the lion's head in place, plus a registration number on the back of the lion's head.
Looks to be: 80 KN R202 B
The lion head is bronze (not bronzed).
Still have to see if I can find something out about it. No other images of this belt on the web that I could find.
