Victorian Rolled Gold Pin with Rhinestone and Garnet or Red Glass

This is a lovely little old pin with one rhinestone or crystal and what I believe to be a garnet or a red glass stone. The red stone is actually composed of two half stones, back to back. As with most Victorian jewelry, I am sure there is a deeper meaning to the little pin. I will search for it later.
