Would anyone know the value of this miniature gun. The box shows it came from Lowe and Campbell which was bought by Wilson Sporting Goods in the 1920s or 1930s.

These are novelty pin-fire guns that have been around for ages. They do have some value as there are collectors.

The most collectable, are the ones that have the barrel bored through completely, most are marked Austria & Germany. The early Japan marked ones also are bored through. With only one photo, and not focused very well, yours appears to be a later example where the barrel is not bored through all the way and probably has a vent hole in the bottom of the barrel.
Without clear closeup photos of both sides, and top & bottom of the barrel, I would guess this to be a Little Atom, Round Butt with flower design grips, pointed hammer, with an overall length of 1-7/8", marked JAPAN on the frame forward of the trigger.
